What is biodegradable material?

Biodegradable plastic, called green plastic in Taiwan and Japan, is less harmful to the environment because it can be decomposed into water and CO2 in the environment with enough humidity, oxygen and microorganism.

The main raw material of water-soluble product is polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) which is widely used polymers. It is water-soluble plastic and its characteristic is between plastic and rubber.

Main Purpose

Film and bags:

  • Putting harmful substance into plastic films to avoid direct contact, such as medical laundry net, poop bags for pets and feed bags for fish farming.
  • Water-soluble mulching film, decomposed slowly by bacteria into water and CO2, can form protection in crop production and solve the problem about soil acidification.

Injection Molding:

  • Water-soluble injection molding products are innocuous after being decomposed, such as golf ball, urn for natural burial and air gun bullet.

Medium:

  • It could be the best medium of sewage treatment bacteria if combing with superabsorbent polymers, such as soil modifier and sewage carrier.

Slurry:

  • It also could made into water-soluble mask, coating or spray finishing products of car or plant wall.
